How to configure Items and Vendors for the Business Central integration

Overview

During the configuration stage of the integration onboarding, you will navigate through two pages: Items and Vendors. On each page, you will have the option to select a field from the dropdown menu. This field maps to Business Central, where you must enter the case-sensitive value LIMBLE for every Item or Vendor you wish to sync.

Items

On the Items configuration page, select the Business Central field that controls which items are eligible to sync.

In Business Central, open each Item card you want to sync and enter the case-sensitive value LIMBLE in the field you selected.

Vendors

On the Vendors configuration page, select the Business Central field that controls which vendors are eligible to sync.

In Business Central, open each Vendor card you want to sync and enter the case-sensitive value LIMBLE in the field you selected.

Results

Once the field is selected on both the Items and Vendors configuration pages, and LIMBLE is entered on every Item and Vendor you want to sync in Business Central, those records will be eligible to sync to Limble through the integration.
