Asset Association through PMs

As you are constructing your PMs, you will notice there is a parts segment at the top of the instruction list. By clicking the "Add Part" button, you can add the parts necessary to complete the maintenance. Parts added to this list will automatically be associated with the Asset.

The list of parts associated with that Asset can be viewed from the "Spare Parts" tab on the Asset Card.

Additionally, by selecting the green "Associate Parts" button you can associate parts with this Asset.

Another option for associating parts is through the "Manage Parts" tab. This will pull up a list of all your parts for that location.

On the right side there is a collection of icons. One of these icons looks like a pile of boxes.

Clicking on this will pull a list of all the Assets associated with that part.

In the associated Assets window, there is a green "Associate Assets" button. Clicking on this will pull up all Assets in your Limble account. You can select which Asset you want to associate the part to, and then click "Select."

Asset Association in Bulk

Bulk Asset Association is useful if you have multiple parts that you need to associate with multiple Assets.

To do this, click the "Bulk Actions" button in the top right corner. This will pull up a drop down menu. You will want to select "Bulk Set Part/Asset Associations."

This will pull up a window of your parts. Click the parts that you want, and then click "Select."

Next, a list of Assets for all your locations will appear. Click the Assets you want to associate. When you are finished, click "Select." Now, all of those parts will be associated to all of those Assets.
