Start a Work Order from an Existing Task in Limble

Overview

It can be useful to create and assign a work order from an existing task. For example, during an audit, it may be important to assign follow-up tasks.

This article explains how to use the start work order instruction type in Limble.

Add a Start Work Order Instruction

In the edit task screen, select the "Add Instruction" button.

Select "Start WO," then choose "Select" to confirm your choice.

Customize Work Order Instruction

From here, it is possible to (1) customize the text instructions, (2) determine WO template, and (3) select who will be assigned to the WO.
