Use Your Own Company Branding in Your Limble Account with White Labeling

Overview

White labeling allows you to customize the Limble app with your company's name and logo.

This article walks you through the white labeling options available through Limble, and where you can make customizations without white labeling.

(Note: white labeling is only available to Enterprise customers for an additional fee. To learn more, reach out to our support team.)

Customization Options with White Labeling

White labeling allows you to use your company name and logo in Limble as detailed in the table below.

Sub-domain

Custom Limble sub-domain.

Does not change the domain of the Limble login page, which will always be auth.limblecmms.com

Email "from" name

Custom "from" name on emails sent from Limble.

Does not change the "from" address, which will always be <admin@limblecmms.com>

Logo on login page

Custom logo on the Limble login page.

Logo on desktop browser tab

Custom logo for the browser tab on desktop.

When white labeling is used, Limble's logo is still shown in the areas listed below.

Customization Options without White Labeling

You can also use your custom logo throughout the Limble app without white labeling, as described in the table below.

Navigate to Settings > User Interface Settings > Customize Logo

Work request portal page

Navigate to Setup and Configure Work Requests > Configuration > Advanced Settings > Logo

Task printouts

Navigate to Locations > Manage > Edit Location Info > Basic Settings > Default Location Image

Purchase order printouts/ PDFs to vendors

Navigate to Purchasing > Manage Purchase Orders > Settings > PO Image

(Note: if you do not upload a PO image but have configured a default location image for task printouts, it will use the default location image.)
