Customizing the appearance of printed tasks can be useful when it is necessary to provide clients a printout of a completed Task.
Navigate to Manage Locations by selecting the locations icon from the navigation menu, and from the expanded list of options, click "Manage."
Once on the page, select the pencil icon next to your desired location.
The details for the location will appear.
Enter the information in the available fields. You may also add an image, such as a logo, to the location. The information and image that you enter will be displayed when a task is printed.
To test how this will look on a printout, open a task.
Select the share icon, and from the expanded list of options, click "Print."
The print preview will show the custom location information.
