What are the technical requirements?

Limble CMMS is cloud-based, which means you do not have the headache of setting up or managing any servers. All you need is access to a computer or mobile device and a browser such as Chrome or Firefox.

Are software updates included?

All software updates are included in your monthly subscription and are automatically deployed for you.

How and when is my data backed up?

We take customer data safety very seriously. Limble maintains a real-time live replica of customer data in a geographically isolated location. Additionally, Limble performs data backup every hour which is encrypted and stored at redundant locations.

These backups are performed using AWS services to automatically run every hour. Backups are retained for 30 days.

Are there any set up or maintenance fees?

There are no set up or maintenance fees for the core Limble platform - everything is included in your monthly subscription cost.

Customers leveraging additional implementation support or integrations may see additional fees included in their quote depending on the complexity of the implementation and integration requirements.

Do you offer volume-based pricing?

Enterprise customers can receive a custom quote from the Limble Sales Team, which takes into consideration the number of licenses required and the unique needs of your business.

What level of support comes with my monthly subscription plan?

All Limble customers have access to our best-in-class, US-based inbound support team for help. The team is ready to respond to any questions you have with an average response time under 60 seconds.

Customers on Premium+ and Enterprise plans also have a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who is dedicated to ensuring ongoing success with the Limble platform.

Can I trial the software?

Yes. You can visit our pricing page here and select your plan to start your free 14 day trial.

(Note: you only need one trial account per company. You can add multiple users to a Limble account. This allows you and your team to see the same information.)
