What are the technical requirements?

  • Limble CMMS runs off of the cloud, which means you do not have the headache of setting up or managing any servers. All you need is access to a mobile device or a browser such as Chrome, or Firefox.

Are Software Updates Included?

  • All software updates are included in your monthly subscription and are automatically deployed for you.

How Often is My Data Backed Up?

  • We take our client's data safety, very seriously. Data is backed up twice every hour.

Are There Any Set Up or Maintenance Fees?

  • There are no maintenance or set up fees. The monthly subscription fee includes everything so there are no additional costs.

Do You Offer Volume-based Pricing?

  • Yes. You can give us a call at 801-851-1218 to further discuss volume-based pricing.

What Level of Support Comes with My Monthly Subscription Plan?

  • All Limble customers have access to Customer Success advisers. Advisers can be accessed via phone, live chat, and email. Through chat, advisers typically answer within 60 seconds.

Can I Trial the Software?

  • Yes. You can visit our pricing page here and select your plan to start your free 30 day trial. 

  • Note: You only need one trial account per company. You can add multiple users to a Limble account. This allows you and your co-workers to see the same information and the changes that others make.
