We are excited to welcome you to the Limble family! Once you become a Limble customer, it's time to dive into our easy-to-use software. This article will help you get started with Limble!

Getting Started with Limble

Depending on your plan with Limble, you have two pathways to get started:

  1. Basic and Standard customers can use our Self-Implementation Guide to get their Limble account up and running.

  2. Premium + and Enterprise customers can set up an IPM with their account executive and dedicated Limble Customer Success Manager (CSM) to map out a custom implementation plan based on the needs of their organization.

During implementation and beyond, we offer lots of resources on our YouTube channel, and right here in the Help Center.

Did we mention we have a world-class support team? They can be reached by clicking the chat bubble in the bottom corner of your screen. Our typical response time is 60 seconds within regular business hours, 6am-6pm MST (yes, you read that right!)
