Overview
Preventive maintenance is critical to maintaining your assets, which is why Limble offers a feature to identify which assets need an established maintenance schedule.
This article will teach you how to check for missing PMs on your assets.

Check for Missing PMs
There are two ways to check for missing PMs:
From the Manage PMs page, click the magic wand icon.
From the Global Dashboard, click the "Summary" button.
This will generate and automatically download an excel file.
(Note: Super Users receive this information in the weekly Executive Summary email.)
Open the file.
The file includes all of your assets at that location and information about work performed on them.
The PM Schedule column lists the number of PMs set up for each asset. If no PMs are set up for an asset, it will be marked as "missing."
This is a simple way to identify which assets are not receiving routine maintenance.
Other Task Info
The file includes several columns that can provide insight into the work being done on your assets:
Duplicate PMs indicates if you may have one or more of the same PM on a single asset. This will be indicated in the field as "possible."
Overdue PMs indicates the number of PMs that are overdue on an asset.
Overdue WOs indicates the number of WOs that are overdue on an asset
Total Completed PMs indicates the all-time total number of PMs that have been completed on an asset.
Total Completed WOs indicates the all-time total number of WOs that have been completed on an asset. If you frequently perform unplanned WOs or perform more WOs than PMs, this can be helpful in identifying where more preventive maintenance may be needed.
Last Completed PM indicates the last date when a PM was performed on an asset.
Last Completed WO indicates the last date when a WO was performed on an asset.
Total Time Spent on PMs in Minutes indicates the all-time total time spent, in minutes, that has been spent performing PMs on an asset.
Total Time Spent on WOs in Minutes indicates the all-time total time spent, in minutes, that has been spent performing WOs on an asset. You can use this and the previous column to see if too much time is spent performing unplanned work compared to preventive maintenance.
All asset fields are also included in the export (with the exception of hidden fields).
These can be relevant to identifying what kind of PMs should be created based on the asset. For example, if an asset is a specific category of equipment, you may be able to use existing PMs from similar assets in the same equipment category.
