Limble's mobile app is designed for technicians to easily complete work while in the field.
This article covers the functionality included in Limble's new mobile app. This article will be updated in real time to reflect any changes. If you experience any issues, please reach out to our support team.
The mobile app is currently in the "early access" phase, so only invited customers can use it for now. If you would like to be added, please reach out to your CSM.

Functionality Currently Available in the Mobile App
As development on the new Limble app progresses throughout the end of 2025 and into 2026, some additional functionality from the previous Limble CMMS mobile app will be built into the new Limble app.
Eventually, the old mobile app will be retired, but there will be several iterations and feedback rounds of the new app before that happens later in 2026.
You can reference this table, which will continue to be updated to reflect current functionality in the new Limble app.

Use the Mobile App Home Screen
From the home screen, you'll find shortcuts to several parts of the app:
Scan QR - Opens the QR code scanner.
Start a WO - Opens a new task.
Assets - Opens your list of assets.
Parts - Opens your list of parts.
Support - Contact our support team and access Help Center documentation.
Submit WR - Opens the work request portal.
Suggested tasks - A widget that provides quick access to your most recently created and highest priority tasks.
My stats - Statistics on your total completed tasks and time logged for the day or week.

You can use the Limble mobile app to complete tasks and review your upcoming or completed tasks.

From the home screen bottom menu, click Tasks.
You can also navigate to specific tasks using the Suggested tasks widget on the home screen.
From the list of open tasks, click on a task to work on it.
When you open a task, rather than scrolling down, you can now click to access the three parts of the task: Details, Instructions, and Comments.
You can also click "Start instructions" from the bottom of the screen to view the task instructions.
Or, you can create a new task.

To create a task, from the home screen, click "Start a WO" to create a new work order.
Customize the task as needed and begin work.

You can use the Limble mobile app to keep track of your tasks and due dates:
Task list - From the Tasks screen, you can access a list of currently open tasks assigned to you, with the option to toggle to your completed tasks.
You can click the two arrows icon to sort your view, or the filter icon in the upper right-hand corner to filter your view.
Task calendar - From the Tasks screen, you can review upcoming tasks according to due date.
Click the calendar icon in the upper left-hand corner. Click the filter icon in the upper right-hand corner to adjust the calendar according to various criteria.
Manage Your Assets
You can use Limble's mobile app to search and review your current list of assets.
From the home screen, click "Assets" in the top menu or bottom menu.
From there, you can search for a specific asset or find the asset via the hierarchy list:
To search for a specific asset, click in the search bar to type in the name of your desired asset.
To find an asset via the hierarchy list, click through the location and then the parent assets until you reach your desired asset. Then, click "Open" to access the asset details.
If you want to go back as you're searching, you can click on any of the items in the breadcrumb menu at the top of the screen to return.
Manage Your Parts
You can use Limble's mobile app to review your parts inventory.
From the home screen, click More > Parts from the bottom menu.
On the Look up a part screen, you'll choose one of your locations. From there, you can search for a part in your location's inventory or click through the list.
Once you find your desired part, click "Open" to access the part details.
