There are two different ways to reset a password. It is possible to reset your own password or reset another user's password (admins only).
Reset Your Password
The first is on Limble's login screen. Underneath the login, there is a question that asks "Forgot Password?" You can use this to send yourself a randomly generated password. You will receive an email with the new password.
After you log in with your new password, you can change your password by selecting your profile.
Reset the Password of Another User
This capability is only available to Managers or Super Users by default.
Go to the "Manage Users" tab. Once there, find the User that you want to send a generated password to.
Under the User section, click on the "lock" icon.
This will pull up a window which will ask you if you are sure you want to reset the password for the User.
If you select "Yes" an email will be sent to the User with a randomly generated password. The User can use this to log into Limble and then change their password.
