There are three different ways to reset a password. It is possible to reset your own password or reset another user's password (admins only).

Reset Your Password

The first option to reset a password is on Limble's login screen. Underneath the login, select the question, "Forgot Password?"

Enter your email into the next pop-up tile. This will send you a new, randomly generated password.

After you log in with your new password, you can change your password by clicking on your profile and then selecting “Change Password.”

Reset the Password of Another User

This capability is only available to Super Users by default.

Enter a New Password

Navigate to the “Users” tab in the left navigation column. Once there, find the User whose password you want to reset.

Click on the “lock” icon to the right of the User’s name.

In the pop-up card, you will be prompted to enter a new password for the User.

NOTE: When you enter a new password for the User, they will not get an automated notification. You will need to email them with the password.

Generate a New Password

If you want to generate a random password for the user, click on the "arrows" icon to the right of the User’s name.

A pop-up card will appear asking if you are sure you want to reset the password for the User.

If you select "Yes," an email will be sent to the User with a randomly generated password. The User can use this to log into Limble and then change their password.
