Reset a Forgotten Password
Reset a Forgotten Password
If you forgot your Limble password, it's quick and easy to reset.
From Limble's login page, click "Forgot password?"
On the new screen, enter your username. This is your email by default, but can be changed to something else.
Click the checkbox next to "I am human"
Click "Reset Password"
You will receive an email with a randomly generated password.
Use the password to log into Limble. Once in the app, you can update your password again if desired.
(Note: if you don't see an email from Limble, be sure to check your spam or junk folder and move the message to your inbox to avoid this in the future.)
Reset an Expiring or Expired Password
Reset an Expiring or Expired Password
If your organization requires you to update your password, you'll need to do so every 90 days.
You will receive an email reminder 7 days before your password expires -- and again 24 hours before it expires if you don't update it sooner.
To update an expiring password:
From the reminder email, click "Update Password"
From Limble's login page, enter your current password in the provided field.
Then, enter and confirm your new password in the provided fields, making sure to follow the character count requirements.
Click "Update Password"
You will be logged into Limble automatically.
If you do not update your password in time, you will be required to do so at your next login attempt.
To update an expired password, follow steps 2-4 above.
(Note: when you update your password, the 90-day countdown is recalculated from that date. For example, if you change your password a month early, you'll have 90 days from that new date to update it again.)
